Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If the goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be returned to you at an additional charge.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit;
Clearance items
Clearance items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are eligible for store credit or exchange only;
SALE
Items marked as “Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges” cannot be returned. If goods are returned despite this policy, the items will be returned to you at an additional charge;
COUPON CODE
Orders placed using a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (other than our 10% Welcome Offer) are eligible for credit or exchange only;
TO SWIM
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear, the hygiene barrier must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURNS
We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return the items within the return period.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.vipbuyy.com accepts no responsibility for any non-delivery of a return. We recommend that you return your items via registered or traceable postal services as the return is the responsibility of the customer until received at vipbuyy.com
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service team support@vipbuyy.com provide your order number and images of the error and we will work with you to resolve the error as quickly as possible.
